BigQuery CSV import sucks

TIL that in bigquery, when you are importing a CSV file and all your columns are strings, it will automatically assign column headings rather than using your first row. So you have to do column headings manually if all your columns are strings. This is annoying and seems to me to be a design flaw in BigQuery.
